Preparation and Cleaning
- Remove dirt and loose debris by sweeping or vacuuming.
- Pre-clean flooring with an ESD-safe neutral detergent to eliminate fine dirt that may embed during burnishing.
Application Procedure
- Dilution: Mix 8 oz per gallon of cold water.
- Application Method: Use a bucketless mop system or a microfiber cleaning or finish applicator for even coverage and damp mop the area to be burnished.
- Drying Time: Allow surface to fully dry before burnishing.
- Burnishing: Use a 1500-2500 RPM burnisher with a white or soft pad under limited pressure or burnishing equipment set to “float.” Burnish areas, making multiple passes to maintain or restore gloss.
- Post-Application Maintenance: Wash and rinse burnishing pads after each use.
Important Notes
- Do not apply under high humidity conditions to prevent hazing.
- Avoid burnishing areas that are still damp to maintain finish integrity.
